During 2021, I worked on a consulting project on a 4 person team for Allstate Insurance Identity Protection Division to develop a product they can offer to users. Over the course of several months, we performed user and market research and then designed and implemented a risk assessment tool to estimate the risk of having their identity stolen or an account compromised. Our work and user interface research done in 2021 was very similar to Allstate's current product offering.
